My internet never works with full speed! No matter what!!!!

I have had to uninstall the app 3 times due to not loading email.

Works fine but it doesnt play well with Microsoft Outlook app.

Just updated my phone and I love the app even more works better with the updates

The idea behind this app is awesome ... The execution is weak. It is unreliable, I am constantly needing to delete and download, there are too many times when I receive network error notices, all of which force me to access the website. I sure hope someone is working on these problems because this poor quality is making xfinity look bad.

I like this app, but it freezes at times. Very annoying! Often, I end up uninstalling and re-installing the app to get it to work again. New: Can also turn the phone off and back on again to make it work. This flaw needs to be fixed! For this reason, I have changed my rating from three stars to one.

It updated and now ... 1. It said my password was "compromised" and made me reset it - apparently because I have installed on a phone and iPad. I clicked to ask how it was compromised but that was a pop up box below the screen that I had to shut down the app and go back in to get by. Then I tried the chat now to speak to a human. 15 min on hold and I gave up. 2. Then it took me to a weird web version of email - complete with floating banner that I couldnt scroll past until it loaded. 3. Then the email displays landscape and I have to scroll to read it left to right. I deleted the app. Ill just use the apple mail app and log into my computer if I need to clear some space.

App is user friendly but it tends to crash unexpectedly and when you delete messages they will reappear as new messages

I have a bundle from xfinity that includes phone service. In the past when ever I check my email, if it gave me a notice and a clue as to what the computer heard I would have leave mail program and sign in xfinity and listen to the call and then erase them. Now I check my mail, listen and then erase all from the same spot. I keep thinking this is great because Ive almost forgotten 20 years ago I thought that 2 or 3 minutes sorting a 500 names was like "magic."

Better than the Comcast on Safari! Quick, and easy to use!

Since the update today Ive reloaded 3 x. Terribly unstable. Typical Comcast "improvement."

The phone app is great! I can video call and best of all my kid can use my old phone over wifi saving me money on another phone bill. My kid can text from the additional number created for him but I cannot text from mine. Says cant find text and all COMCAST. Ive called a dozen times with no resolve and it has been a whole year. Same error message. Tried removing app, and nothing. I hope they an fix this issue otherwise its awesome!

If you like spam email you will love this app. It has NO spam filter. You can mark emails as spam all day and the next day you receive them all again.

I really like the fact that I have access to email, phone, and texting all in one application. So whether Im at home or out of town I still have access to everything I need. My one issue is sometimes the app freezes and I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app.

And what happened to Drafts, the ability to see what you sent and what you have deleted? Really basic functions of a mail application. I dont believe this application is fully baked. And where is the ability to flag important messages, not for deleting but saving! This is a inefficient application!

I get a message telling me to check my network connection(its fine)
