Frustrating

The idea behind this app is awesome ... The execution is weak. It is unreliable, I am constantly needing to delete and download, there are too many times when I receive network error notices, all of which force me to access the website. I sure hope someone is working on these problems because this poor quality is making xfinity look bad.
