Convenient

Very helpful

Good but not great

Good way to check your Comcast email. Syncs with full web site to remove unwanted emails. Bad because it doesnt let you place emails in folders.

Just OK

Id really like to add folders and sub folders from the app. Frustrating I have to make a note to do this from the laptop when I actually use it next. What can I say. I really like taking care of business right away and on my phone.

All you need

Recent updates have the app working much better than previous versions. Spam control could be a little better, but other than that all is well.

Nothing but spam.

All I get are spam messages. Yet I have to have this app to pay my bill.

Very useful but frequent bug and freeze.

Because of this APP, I do not have any cellular phone. I use my iPad as my cellular phone.All incoming call to my house is transferred to iPad and I can answer( try not to do, since it looks funny...) or text back from anywhere. My data service fee is $0 to $20 per year ( T mobile for iPad) due to this transfer service. So much cheaper than having cellular phone! And APP is free. My only complain is frequent bugs, I need to re install APP at least once every 2 months.

Its OK and funny

It does what it is supposed to do. My favorite part is the voicemail to text feature because my friends and I all have heavy foreign accents and it is so much fun to see how the feature tries to decipher what we say. Its always good for a laugh!

Love It

I love this app! Very fast and efficient.Never had a problem or a crash. Very dependable and interacts with full program so you dont need to repeat tasks. Example; if you read an email on this app it will show as read on the web as well. Love it!!

Great App

Ive been using Xfinity for a long time and love it. It has been extremely reliable and convenient. I have access to the internet, e-mail and cable and rarely have a problem.

Very inconsistent

I receive notifications of new emails but the inbox on the application has no new emails (since 4 days ago). Logging out, forcing a refresh of the inbox, and updating the app dont help. Whats the point of having a mobile app if the user needs to log into via the website to see emails?

Erratic

Doesnt always work! Sometimes I get notifications sometimes I dont. Sometimes I get the emails then they just stop. Gets annoying.

Spam

App itself works fine, except limited compared to the PC website. Spam filter doesnt work at all. I even went to the website to manually set up spam filters and that doesnt work either. Frustrated.

Far too much spam!

I receive at the minimum 3 to 5 spam emails per day in my Xfinity inbox. Ive had it as far as constantly seeing the little red notification number that I have email from Xfinity.

Its Okay.

The Only Problem That I Have Is That When You Get Spam Mail It Doesnt Go To Your Spam.

WORKS WELL...UNTIL IT DOESNT

Starts to work well. After several months, it becomes problematic. The only fix is to delete and reinstall.

Sometimes I dont receive email messages unless I turn my connection on from the iPad but my phone receives all emails as well as my laptop not sure what the problem is.

This App is one I cant live without

Didnt call my cell or email me

When I get a phone call on my house phone my cell doesnt always ring. Only the first time then stops. Also when I get a voice mail it is suppose to email me and doesnt! WHY????

Not Reliable

Now the app deletes all messages in the inbox when you try to open the inbox. The app deserves a no star rating.
