Awesome App!!

Love this app its so convenient and very reliable!!

Used to work until update

See the title. Emails wont download

I am 60 plus years old; I was afraid of putting the app on my phone One of my coworkers talked me into adding the app.I am glad I did! I can see my emails, respond to them & best of all get my shopping coupons! I can see my readable voice mail messages too! I love my XFINITY connect!!

Comcast app

Great general communications application!

I used to love it

I previously loved this app. With recent updates there are syncing issues across devices. My laptop, iPad and iPhone all show different emails as read or deleted. It is very annoying! The only suggestion I have gotten from support is to delete the app and then pull it from the cloud again. I cant do that every time I open the app.

Stopped working

I repeatedly get a "cannot connect to server" error message. What a pain.

Worked Great Until Recently

I just changed my rating to 4 Stars because Comcast has finally fixed the problems. Right around the time I got a message about a new "auto-download" feature, my iPad and my IPhone were out of sync and I now have to delete messages on both units. Even worse, when retrieving new messages, it hangs and I get error messages. Re-starting usually fixed this and I thought deleting and re-installing the app was a good idea when suggested by a Comcast support technician.No such luck. I now find myself spending more time trying to fix my email than I used to spend reading it. Comcast: Please fix this!

Crashes all time

Crash is consistently when drafting emails and it doesnt save the draft. Ive given up

LOVE this APP

Once I started using it, having played around with it, texting myself, making/sending phone calls, the app is awesome! Create a virtual phone number, and choose who calls it. Answer it anywhere. A really cool feature!!

Im NOT happy!

New update has removed check box allowing user to remain logged onto Comcast network. I prefer firing up app only when necessary to check messages & call log. Opening password manager to copy/paste credentials several times a day is too cumbersome for me use the app now. At least the widget allows me to obtain text messages that I use for RSA authentication for other apps I use. I would like the SMS to be upgraded to MMS, maybe then bank and debit/credit card usage alerts can be messaged to me. I ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to give those folks my cell number. Lastly, Im ashamed of the amount Ive allowed my monthly Comcast bill to increase to without researching alternatives. For the amount Im paying I should expect well designed apps as well as timely service. Instead I get the infamous poor Comcast customer service. YUCK

App is doing exactly what it is designed and intended. I am sure there will be improvements/Enhancements as time pass. I have been using this apps for a long time now.

After years Comcast still cant get it right

Seems to work now after having every other update crashing. Im writing this neutral review in hopes it quits bugging me to review it.

Absolutely atrocious

Hey Comcast, fix it all ready! Since they updated their email system (which performs terribly as well) this app constantly crashes or fails to connect. Need to go back to iPhone email until this is corrected.

Latest update is a step backward

The app does not remove emails from inbox when removed from the server. I use Mac mail and have preferences set to remove emails from server when theyre removed from my inbox. The emails are correctly removed from the server on the Comcast website but now removed through the iPhone app. Really annoying to have 300+ emails on he phone app inbox but inreality have 30 or so on the inbox for the website.

Absolute garbage!

Ive been using this app for years and it has been ok. Now you cannot forward all calls due to "security issues". Sometimes your sent mail actually does send sometimes it doesnt. It shows sent but it goes no where. Now the app crashes every 15-30 seconds.

Needs Work

Incoming calls notification is very useful when it works properly but that is very very very seldom. Overall rate for app is substandard.

Comcast service

Since the last update the inbox is not updated when emails are deleted from the website inbox or another email app inbox. Only 5 complaints filed with the vaunted XFINITY service department. Have heard

I love this app. I use this on my Ipad. Email, text and phone. I am too cheap to pay for an Iphone. This is great!
