Promt ,reliable and rewarding

The app hangs, loses connection to the internet and gets stuck in infinite loops of error messages. Also doesnt properly sync deleted items across devices. Only try to use this app if you like being frustrated.

I am extremely happy with my XFINITY/Comcast apps!!!!! I have never had any problems!

If you delete an email using a pc, it never is removed from the app. Same true, if you use an iPad and iPhone, the deleted email never gets removed. The only way to remove the message is to delete and reload the whole app. Seriously, did anyone bother to test?

This update is horrible. My email crashes every single time I do anything. Open an email, crash. Type a response, crash. Search for an old email, crash. Horrific.

Love emails, making phone calls, viewing text of voicemails on my iPhone. Dont know why it cant save contacts of email addresses I send emails to better though.

As a Comcast customer I use this up to manage email and phone calls. Recently the app is not working well, its getting stuck, and is not retrieving the emails when I open it. So I have to log out or even delete the app and reinstall it! Another thing that needs work is the search engine. I cant look for peoples emails or certain topics because the app is not able to search for them. This app needs work!

The e mail is convenient. Calling from the app is a little sketchy but most of the time it works. Its like having 2 phone numbers in one phone.

When is this app going to support iOS 10 Callkit?

Program constantly hangs, cant get email most of the time. Verrry frustrating. Once was a good app, update ruined it for me!

Needs work,Jane a lot of problems . Cant do a lot of things most messenger apps can do. 1. Cant send pictures 2. Cant paste and send from clip board. 3. Cant at receive pics, wen sending or receiving text . Etc. Over all not happy , Im a physically disabled person, and this is practically my life line. Well would b if worked. Call log entries do not show on iPad Pro running iOS 10.1. Log entries do show for the same number on iPhone 6 Plus also running iOS 10.1.

Everyday I checked the emails. I have a iPad, iPhone, Apple Laptop and home computer with Comcast! Everything cool!

Like everything with Xfinity, this app has flaws. Mainly, for me, it crashes often. I only use it for email but even with that it closes randomly, and for no reason.

The app works fine for me, with one exception. People seem to hang up on the call forwarding a lot, but that could be automated callers. Anyhow it works well with my iphone and ipad

Service has been consistent.

This app brings your land line to your smart phone. I am able to answer my land line anywhere my smart phone is. The voice messages have an excellent dictation so you are able to screen calls, finally getting calls from unsolicited people, use the app to block them. Great app!

I really like this app. I can pay my bill using this app and its fast and easy.
