Xfinity Connect App Reviews

This app was great on my IPhone 6 until the last update. Not it does not sync well with the web version of Comcast e-mail. Mail deleted or filed in folders on the web version are not synced with the App version but these tasks on the app are synched with the web version.

Comcast has one of the best apps Ive ever seen for getting my email and replying plus I can get all my Home information I am so satisfied I am completely completely happy with Comcast

This app is truly horrendous since Comcasts "email upgrade." The app takes forever to load, crashes all the time, and any task is painfully slow. How this version of the app passed the App Store review is beyond me. Just an unacceptable user experience.

It has bugs that need to be worked out but it is simple and user friendly. However getting your home calls to ring on cell doesnt seem to work correctly. Otherwise I like the app

Since this is an app, this needs to be able to send pictures also... Other than that sometimes phone calls dont come through...

Was a great app and now for no reason at all the app no longer downloads new emails

This app looks decent but that is just at the surface. Often it has problems loading / refreshing content and will not show new stuff even when I know it is there. For example my home phone shows a voicemail but it doesnt show up in the app. Conventions like a horizontal swipe to delete an email or voicemail list item doesnt work and instead switches app screens. This messes me up every time and I have to swipe back and use the Edit button, tap each message and then hit delete. Considering 99% of email and voicemail is Junk/Spam this is a huge waste of time. This app makes me want to cancel my Comcast voice service.

Great app except that it doesnt show my new emails no matter what setting combo I try. Only emails Ive read thru my computer, or emails I tap on through the notification. Makes it pretty useless. Fix the email refresh to show ALL new emails and itd be a five star app.

Comcast forced me to use this crummy app because they changed something on their server that rendered the Apple email app useless.

I love how I use text and take calls on the go and choose who gets my mobile and who gets my home number so cool

Not near the reliability an speed I expected, anxiously waiting a ISP alternative.

The app covers all aspects of mail adequately and easy to set up.

Its Comcast. Some of their junk works some of the time and they dont care about anything but you paint their huge bills. Seriously, if anyone had another option do you think they would still be in business?

Constantly crashes. Cannot view photos. Very disappointed with Comcast.

The message go through when they want to never constant. The contact list got deleted with last update that was not awesome and random calls allllll the time also if you receive a call on your mobile number it just puts connect conversation on hold no warning

Sometimes I see my calls sometimes I dont. This app would be great if it always worked. I have to sign out and sign back in when it stops working. Annoying!!

Since the last upgrade network connectivity problem (error 9999) happens at least two times. When it happens I cant see any new emails.
