I just changed my rating to 4 Stars because Comcast has finally fixed the problems.
Right around the time I got a message about a new "auto-download" feature, my iPad and my IPhone were out of sync and I now have to delete messages on both units. Even worse, when retrieving new messages, it hangs and I get error messages. Re-starting usually fixed this and I thought deleting and re-installing the app was a good idea when suggested by a Comcast support technician.No such luck. I now find myself spending more time trying to fix my email than I used to spend reading it.
Comcast: Please fix this!
