Not an improvement!

I used the previous version of this app to check my account info (Comcast is the service provider for the place I rent in Florida) but this is not possible anymore because of a new securiry feature. Why make an app for iPhone and iPad if one of its key features (and one that you specifically promote...) is not compatible with these devices???
